Password Recovery Issue

    Hey Guys ,

    Just installed the newest version of the service center..
    So now I want to register all my NI Products but forgot my password!
    After I typed in my e-mail , the programs telling me that it will sent an e-mail and this can last some minutes...

    and here's the problem:

    There is a sign called "Recovering Password" in the down right corner of the program.. and after this dissapears the service center is telling me "Login Failed."?(How can this be when I am not logged in) and I am not getting my password recovered.:confused:
