password recovery no reply

    Hi,

    Today I've tried multiple times the password recovery procedure, but am not receiving any emails from NI.

    Very annoying, since I wanted to upgrade my TS Pro demo version to full version in order to use it tonight!

    Plz could anyone help?

    same thing has happened to me, im so annoyed because i cant even get the kore 2 serial number so i can activate all this ****.....this has been a pain in the ass

    Same problem here. Been trying to reinstate my password since earlier this afternoon and have not received a single email. This is beyond frustrating. PLEASE FIX THIS, NI. I cannot install Traktor Scratch on my new notebook until you send me my password.

    As I posted elsewhere, I've tried using 3 different email addresses for creating an account with SC, even tried resetting my password that I use for the forums.... Service Center says "A password has been sent to your e-mail address. Please log into your newly created NI User Account using this password."

    I have not received a password at any of the 3 email addresses that I've used. I sent a tech support request and got an automated response so their system can send email.

    I really want to use Komplete Classics for a session today, but.....

    Horrible customer service from NI regarding this issue. Never have I had such an experience with trying to get a password reset, especially to be able to use a $500 product (Traktor Scratch). If it were a simple web forum password, I wouldn't be bothered by it. But I'm trying to use a very expensive product that I paid for and am still waiting for a resolution.

    Like Dougbee, I have also tried creating another account and I still do not get an email.

    Get this fixed, ASAP. Please. Thank you.

    And judging by some other posts I have seen in the other forums regarding sales and activations, this problem has possibly been going on for at least the past two weeks.

    Seriously. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I'm probably going to go to Guitar Center today and buy Serato. F this BS.

    I was having trouble with this too, trying to activate my Komplete 5 upgrade. I couldn't get the password link on the front page to send me an email, however I found the following one worked:
    http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?action=MngAuth&L=1&id=register

    Follow the link through, you will need a valid serial number (unlike on the front page) but this seemed to work for me.

    Finally managed to authorise my product.

    NI replied to my support ticket earlier this morning saying their server was down. I finally got the email with the new password so it looks like everything is OK now.

    I too was able to get my password for Service Center and got Komplete Classics activated.... but AP & EP still are not activated. I am going to try calling them to get those serial numbers. 2 down, 2 to go.

    2 HOURS LATER: I got the serial numbers from Nate at Cust Support in LA. Komplete Classics is up and running in stand-alone mode! I'll try it tomorrow with Logic.

    NI really needs to have someone [tech support] available on the weekends, especially for the Traktor software. I mean c'mon, there is A LOT of people who use this software prime time on the weekends at places such as clubs, weddings, parties, etc. It is a HUGE deal when you are having a problem and cannot contact support AT ALL.

    Come on NI. Get with it.

    Tried to download the Kore Player (low priority I realize) via the DL link, but never got the link, after 3 days of waiting, umpteen attempts and an email to tech support! Same for a password link to these forums, but lucky for me I was able to guess what it was!

    So as of today I ain't got no email link to the Kore Player dl.

    Was gibt, NI?

    NI is a very small company with three employees (all over 70 years of age), and one old Windows 95 web server. Give 'em a couple of months to reply. If they (and you) live that long.

    Awful Customer Support

    I purchased an Audio Kontrol 1 on Friday 01/09/09. Couldn't get in the website to "activate" or register. Had to wait until Monday, three days later. Awful customer support. No sorry. No we made a mistake. Nothing. Tried calling and nobody works on the weekends at NI. Tried sending an email to the webmaster. It came back as undeliverable. Pathetic. I can't believe the whole "activation" thing. It is ridiculous. You should be able to use something you just spent your hard earned money on right out of the box. Went out and purchased an ESI gigaport HD. Worked right out of the box! So I will be returning the Audio Kontrol 1.
