I do believe this requires a punch of the keyboard, although I can't remember which key or keys. Kinda sad that the mouse was left out of this operation, but there it is. Your just stuck on the obvious, while NI decided to do something totally contrary to a standard cut and paste with the mouse. Someone will post the shortcut key or you'll have to find it yourself. Welcome to NI !

    its COMMAND-V on mac.

in case you are using a non-us or non-deutsch keyboard, (scandinavian?) there is a bug affecting key commands in the script editor.

you have to use US (not extended) or deutsch keyboard layout, and this has to be set BEFORE launching Kontakt

so if you are using Scandinavian keyboard layout, the cut-copy-paste commands will not work in Kontakt

NI has confirmed the bug. if they will fix it is another story

No, the script is fine. Refer to page 2 in the manual, it's explained there.
