patch changes without hiccup?

    is it possible when using kontakt live to switch out via program change etc the patch on a particular track?

    for instance say i am playing live and want to change the loop on track one to a new patch.

    when i do that will there be any pause or hiccup with the other samples playing?

    i know in reaktor (6 pack for example) there is no stutter at all.

    MIDI Program Change - A Good Question...

    While we're on the subject of patch changes ; if I wanted to play Kontakt in a live situation from a MIDI keyboard controller, will Kontakt respond to MIDI program change commands, as an external module would ? This capability would really be a boon for the live performer wanting to take a soft-sampler out in a live situation, and not have to deal with MIDI program headaches / limitiations... I know that HALion is able to do this - hopefully Kontakt can, too....

    Any info would be greatly appreciated !
