Patch List

    I am very frustrated with the patch choosing/listing method on the Pro 53. Is there a way to view a patch list and or choose from such a list?

    When you left-click on the preset number, you can see the next 16 presets and the 16 presets before the actual one. A complete list is not available in the Pro-53, but maybe in your host.

    On the Mac, Command-clicking (rather than right- or Control- clicking as one might expect) gives the pop-up patch list. This is still quite unwieldy. Why not a well-categorized browser, like in other soft-synth plug-ins...?

    OMG! Command-Clicking on the preset number window actually brings up the entire patch list.

    I can scroll from Patch 111 through Patch 888 with no problem.

    Since there is no categorizing of sounds, make sure you name all your patches something relevant to what the patch sounds likes. i.e. if the patch sounds like a string-type sound, then name it STRING***** so you can easily locate and load the sound.
