    Hi Guys,

    I recently bought an F1 from eBay and found that when I connect it to my pc it lights up for a while and then gives up.

    I checked the main board and found some components missing.
    The area with missing components also gets very hot.

    I'd like to find out what's missing and try to replace those components.

    Would anyone have a photo of the board?

    The area I'd like to see is what is to the left of the usb port.

    I too have noticed the lighting up and then giving up. In my case this happens when I combine it with Reloop Jockey 3 ME controller. When I combine it with my S8, it always works fine. In the case of Reloop, I've found that if I disconnect and reconnect the F1 just before I startup Traktor, it works fine. If I boot the computer with the F1 connected and start Traktor, it remains dead.

    I've tried opening mine.. but do you have to take of any knobs as well?
