    Hello there,

since some time now I'm happily using two CDJ's (or XDJs for that matter) in Advanced HID mode together with
    - two X1 MK2
    - MacBook Pro 2018 on Mojave 10.14.
    - Traktor Pro 3.5.1
    - normally a Pioneer DJM 900 Nexus as a Soundcard.

Unfortunately I recently stumbled over a bug which cause a silent second on the dance floor: The Play/Pause Buttons from the CDJs are not working properly:
=> The play / pause button from one player is stopping and starting Deck A and B
=> The play / pause button from the other player is not working at all.

Same with the CUE buttons - One is stopping deck A & B (C & D not affected), the other CUE button on the other player is doing nothing. This happens even though the player is correctly showing the waveform of the Deck is it assigned to and the jogwheel is behaving normally. I also noticed, that the loop buttons are not correctly assigned, whereas the pitch fader is working only on the deck that it should.
It happened with the CDJs 2000 Nexus 2 and the XDJ 1000 MK2 and I think the problem came with Traktor Pro 3.5.1.

It feels like the mapping of the Players is somehow wrong, but I couldn't figure out how to remap it myself.
It's especially wierd since the mapping of these devices was always on point out of the box with the Advanced HID feature.

Has anyone encountered the same problem or has any ideas on how to fix it? :)

    Kind regards from cologne.

    Hey!

There is a new public beta (released last week) which has fixed some issues with HID on the XDJ1000s and CDJ3000s, going back to version 3.5.0. I wouldn't be surprised if the bug was also affecting the CDJ2000s as well.

    I'd recommend checking it out.
