    Hello folks,

After two sessions with my new laptop solving audio routing issues I finally got everything where I wanted it to be, and then I hit a new issue I hadn't experienced before...

My mixers volume trim on each channel, my up faders on each channel, and my crossfader are not controlling the internal features within Traktor 2.10.0.

When I play audio through either channel on my mixer I get a singular light on each channel regardless of changing the volume up and down with the master volume control.
My up faders have no affect on the volume and neither do the volume trim knobs.
The crossfader has no control on either side so the audio runs through from both channels regardless of which side I have it switched to. So the gate is open no matter what I do.

I am using the same TSI. file as my old laptop and all my preferences are the same also. Is this a mapping issue that I can fix somehow? Or perhaps something more sinister?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

My setup is: HP Pavilion Laptop i7 8GB RAM
    2x Technic 1210 mk5
    Pioneer DJM-T1
    Traktor Scratch Pro 2.10.0

This sounds like you are in 'Internal Mixing' mode rather than 'External Mixing' mode.
Have you selected the DJM-T1 soundcard?

FYI: the DJM does not control any faders or knobs on the software. If you can see faders then you are not in the correct mixing mode.

    Thanks for the reply Karlos!

I've sorted the issue now, many thanks.
