Pitch Problems?

    Akoustik exhibits an odd pitch problem on my computer. In standalone mode, the pitch is 150 cents lower than A=440. This is three-quarters of a whole step. Pitch is fine when I use Akoustik in a host.

    No one at NI has experienced this or heard reports of it. Anybody else notice this problem? Incidentally, I'm using an Apple G5 with OS 10.4.

    This sounds like a sample rate issue. If the software thinks it is running at i.e. 48 kHz and the soundcard is at 44.1 kHz you can get this kind of problems. Check the sample rate settings in your control panels!
