Is the pithcbend broken? or is it just me that cant get it to work as in T3? is just bends down a little bit and stays there, any way to get it to go to a full stop? or just get a bigger range that it should work in?

And how do I assign Tempo Bend to a jogwheel? the old midicommand for "Deck Tempo Bend Jogg" is what i used on my xp10's for the outer ring on the wheel, but there is only the Tempo Bend now, and thats where im stuck, adding modifiers with an Direct setting and a jogg for controll dont work, any1 got any tips?

The new Bend MIDI command is TEMPO | TEMPO
    Setup the controller as follows:
    Interaction Mode: Direct
    Controller Type: Jogg

I don't know if the Jog wheel on your XP-10 use 3f:41 or 7f:01 so you have to experiement with the two modes. Note too the sensitivity goes way up to 300% now so you have loads to adjustment room.

You're right, Tempo bend does have a problem or two. One of them being the fact there is no ability to assign bend to a jog wheel. The other being the jam that occurs.

Let me know how you get on.

yeah i was trying to set fine tempo on a knob on my denon dn5500 but it wont work, jumps to max/min when turning knob.

i can get it to work with reg tempo but i would like to use the 0.1 fine tempo increments

im using traktor 3.3 at the moment, will it work for pro?

Pitch bend & Deck scratch down

I am also missing the Deck pitch bend down assigned to a button for a 1210-ish brake effect. And how can I reach a backspin effect like in T3 with Scratch down? Doesn't work in TP?

the problem with this using Tempo Tempo is that it resets to 0% as soon as u touch it, so u cant rly use pitchbend at all due to this, Tempo Tempo is like using the pitchslider and movin it rly fast and always return to 0%

    The XP10's use 3f:41

btw new Traktor Pro looks awsome and sound gr8 to

After some more testing and usin the CD-DJ jog command it is now doing the pitchbend needed for mixin, so partaly solved
now about the pitchbend range for an turntablestopish effect, any news on it?

I agree - I miss the engine off effect that holding down pitch bend used to have.

Also it makes mixing freshly imported tracks a pain and the "fine touch" effect just isn't suitable for a gig situation.

Imagine you get a track at a gig from a well know friend of yours on a usb stick. You grab it throw it into Traktor and just want to get mixing straight away, you know, using your ears and deck control (the old fashioned way!)

The pitchbends are too non sensitive for this to work. Also the option to set the fine pitch adjustment need to be reinstated.

you can obtain this by using the turntable effect.

Bend range should be wider ...

ye but its not the hands-on feeling that was in T3, the pitch bend button there was more control of it imo

I haven't tried mapping my midi controller yet, but the on screen buttons for pitch bend don't appear to do anything. Also, the master clock bend buttons just make a buzzing sound when the master clock mode is set to manual.

How is a backspin possible whilst playing a track?

I want the jogheels on my VCI-100 to behave like the jog wheels on a Pioneer CJD-1000 set to "Vinyl Mode"

I am able to do this with Traktor 3.x, is it possible with Traktor Pro?

    Not found a way yet...

if you have a controller with a touch sensitive jogg wheel like the cdj400 or the eks xp10, then enable scratch on and scratch in midi mapper.

ok i need the pitch bend buttons to be assignable to the outer jogwheel of my xp10, ive tried alot of things but nothing worked?

i guess its not fixable at the moment as the tsi bundled with pro also suffers from this problem, also other peoples tsi have this feature missing.

this is so important as people whove bought controllers with a touch sensitve jog dial did so because they want there unit to mimic the cdj1000 in vinl mode as previously mentiones.

please help, or do i just go back to 3.3?
