    I just got off the phone with a phone menu system at NI telling me that their business hours are between 9 and 5 or something like that. If it's between these times, then call back. Otherwise, call back. No messages, however. Keep the ball in the customer's court.

    How frustrating is this! Seriously, I had to search your site (using google, I can't find a useful search on NI), to find out that it's PST. I live in EST. Adding that little bit to your phone menu might help. I suppose also, not just saying "Call back, or call back" would be nice.

    Seriously guys, step up.

    actually, it wouldn't have mattered which timezone Fred; I waited 20 minutes and told I was "first in line" to get the same message you did

    hey guys, if you're gonna cut out early on Friday; please take the calls of people who were waiting or drop 'em when they call; wasting people's time isn't really cool
