I've filled out the technical support form but no one has got back to me.
the last thread dealing with this ended in january.
Please i need support, is there anyone that can help me?

im running a 2.33 intel core duo

That's pretty severe and it sounds like you may have some problems on your hard drive. Can you post a crashlog or two? Perhaps that would give a clue into what is causing the crash.

I have same one. (on core 2 duo mac)

It seems run but I can't work on battery.
The battery window disappeared, but only it appear when I press F9.

I reinstalled but happens same thing.

    Any idea?

the wonderful people at the native instruments technical support line in germany walked me through the problem and now its fixed.

one minute i was so upset for paying for something that didnt work,
and now im working with music in ways i could only dream.

Check your start up items in system preferences

    Lisalisa:

Check your system preferences/User/startup items....make sure battery 3 is not there...in fact it's best to not have anything in your startup items folder for any DAW software.
