Please Help, channel 3 is not working

    Hey guys, hope u can help, my left channel input, the 3, is not working, my light is always red, and i get a "unknown media, left ch. missing...", i tried with another core cables, but the problem continues, but when i use with a audio dj 8 from a friend it work perfect likes always, proving that its not from the software, but from the hardware!


    What sould i do? Any ideias!

    I guess you need to contact support to get your Audio8 repaired then?

    Same problem here!

    I have to send it in also but it takes 2 weeks for them to repair this issue so I, I was trying to see if I can use channel C or D instead of b for TS for a quick fix so I can do these 2 gigs before I send it in. But I have not gotten a solution yet.:S
