Please help! Traktor scratch timecode issue!

Hey guys, I purchased my audio 6 interface December 31st when the site was having the deal "BUY TRAKTOR AUDIO 6 OR AUDIO 10 AND GET A FREE UPGRADE TO TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO 2". Well after a week of waiting for the serial I finally got it and plugged it into the service centre however, in the le version i was using previously I was able to set up timecode control (I use two technic 1200's) and now with the upgrade I dont have the option. Ive attached a screen shot showing the issue and if ANYONE can help out and let me know if they sent the wrong version or if I dont have something setup right, it would be very very VERY appreciated.

You misread the promo. Its get Traktor Pro 2 as a free upgrade NOT Traktor Scratch Pro 2

 

if it does'nt say Traktor Scratch Pro in the top left of your software then its not scratch pro... its just pro... you need a scratch upgrade.

 

I'm having the same issue.

Turns out we need the Scratch version.

You should qualify for the S4 Scratch Upgrade Kit which is available for £99.

I am waiting to hear from the NI folks if this will work as I don't have a S4,
only Audio 6.

I'll post when I know more
