Please please someone help me I can't register my copy of traktor?

Hi everyone I'm Dj random I'm new to the forum but not new to Dj land.

I took the leap recently and had a new pc built to enter the digital world of Dj'ing. I invested in traktor on the 28/04/10 it arrived the following day.

*I received my new pc yesterday and I started the install. All was well until product registration. I went for the offline registration first and followed all the step entering the serial no, then I had to transfer the file to another computer, I continued the setup here where I also set up an NI account I done the whole process until it brought me to a screen with a single button that said proceed. I clicked the button and nothing happens?

I was ment to receieve another file that I was suppose to transfer back to the traktor pc and nothing happened?

So this morning after the fustration of the previous night I setup the internet on the traktor pc and I tried setting up the registration on here.*

It gets through to the registration and the NI service centre it begins to download the updates and then in the bottom right of the window it says all downloads paused and that's where it stays.*

I really don't know what to do. I don't want to have to send back the software back.*

I read somewhere that you only had a month to register the software but I didn't know how true this was? My second theory was that maybe there's a problem with the site?

If someone could possibly shed some light on my predicament I would be forever grateful.*

I apologise now for any spelling mistakes or rubbish descriptions. Lol.*

I have been tryin to recover my pass word or get a new one for 2 days. I still didnt get any emails about this situation. a lil customer support here

 

I know. i managed to get a little help but Traktor is still not working. I have an abundance of crashlogs and now Traktor is taking the liberty of just shuting my system down with no warnings or crash logs.

All fun and games i guess.
