    i would like to know if there's an effect or a plugin that i could use to extend a short sound that i sliced on a sample thats not like a loop but just make the sound a bit longer .

    kontakt 5

    if you have kontakt you could seperate that small section on to another pad... export it and then use kontakt to lengthen the sample
