Plugin Not in list (but works from library)

Windows 10

Following along with this:
When I hit the plus to show the list of plugins, I only see the list of internal, Reaktor 6 under Native Instruments, and my two Neural DSP Plugins.
So it looks like my plugins aren't there.

However, if I just browse in the library nav on the left, I can see the all the library files and load the sample just fine, at which time, the plugin is showing where that + was. I can then click the pop out arrow to open the plugin UI for Massive just fine.
I also see in my preferences that the 'Massive' dir is in the list of found plugins.

So it seems the plugins are indeed there and working... -ish..

TLDR; Why is the list of plugins under the + button mostly empty?

 

post screenshots of the plugin list under the + and the browser where you are loading the presets from and what plugin you are expecting to load.

 

I'm think I'm good now.
I see two things that got me in the wrong spot.

1) If you already have a sound selected, then that plugin is loaded and clicking the + will not really allow you to load most other plugins. So I maybe had a group selected that already had something loaded perhaps.
2) I re-watched the video.. he doesn't actually choose a plugin from that drop down.. he shows you 'could' choose one, but then if you watch, he instead navigates using the library on the left nav and just chooses a sound.

Thanks for the reply.. I was setting up to take screenshots and that's when I noticed the behavior.. so you helped just by asking me to recreate.
