    Hey Man,

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Can you tell me about your buffer settings, what version of Guitar Rig you are using? Basically anything that will help me get to the root of your problem.

The largest majority of us are happily working with Guitar Rig daily. this can be you too (The software is designed to work).

    First: Turn hyper threading off.

Second, get me all those settings I asked for.

    Third: Do something fun!

    thanks alot guys!
    i checked in stand alone
    guitar rig 2.2.00007
    fire pod presonus
sample rate: 44100 same for all synth NI etc.
out latency is 15 ms same for every thing too . i guess my fire pod once set for one synth etc is set that way all across.
but where can i check buffer stettings?

question . my HT has always been on and it doesnt cause problems with anything else in my music sys. ,plus why have ht if its off?
PS i realize i think ht my be a scam been but wont the computer work a little better with it on?

    thanks.

ok i did that and i opened stand alone, worked great.
opened plugin and ,the interface opened up and everything but the input and out put registered nothing.
so i closed it and opened again now it worked great! no pops clicks etc.!!!!!
then i changed some of the cab speakers etc size etc etc and it started popning!!:( so i closed and reopened and now input output do not register ( it doesnt play thru it.)

    stand alone works great thou.

My popping issues seems to be in the Rig Kontroler. I see now that even when Guitar Rig is closed I will get pops through the headphones. I've tried to pairs of headphones. When every time i hear the pops I see the output LED is active on the Rig Kontroler. Wehn Guitar Rig is open I can see that the input and output can remain at zero yet I will still hear pops through the headphones and see the output LED active on the Kontroler.

So -- audio in the firepod and the Rig Kontrol is just for footpedals?
