    Umm... where's the problem in doing that currently?

    Of course, you can't "auto beatgrid" (if there is no beat, it is impossible to automatically detect), but you can quite easily do "manual beatgridding" for the file.

    Use a version of the track that has backing and replicate the cue points and grid points on the exact time places on the accapella . Make sure the bpm is the same.
    Its worked for me before. Takes a bit of mucking about but it works.

    You might as well ask Traktor to make you a cup of tea, because without any transients it just ain't happening. But yeah, what Karlos said. Just run the acapella next to the version with the beat until you've got the bpm fixed, then mess about with the cue points until they're sorted. It doesn't have to be that accurate for accapellas to long as the bpm is Ok.
