possible to play certain groups in daw?

    Hello there,

    I am programming all my patterns and scenes in Maschine within Logic X. Now I would like to play a certain group, let's say a Conga kit over the Maschine but not as a pattern in Maschine but as straight midi to Logic. Is that possible?

    I don't use Logic, but if I use my logic (LOL) you could write that particular pattern in Maschine, then drag out the midi parts into Logic from Maschine (using the drag and top feature).

    When done, just delete the unwanted pattern you programmed in Maschine.

    Yep, thanks for your suggestion. But I am looking for a realtime freestyle situation. Just jam along with a conga set and record it straight away...
