Possible to use Kore 2/Komplete 5 as stand alone host on a MBP synced to PT machine ?

    I'm interested in buying Kore 2 and Komplete 5 and install it on my MacBookPro and use it a my stand alone sound module and main host for 3rd party VI from spectrasonics.

    1- is the Macbook pro 2.4 Ghz powerful enough ?

    2- Let say i'm composing on my PT 8 HD rig and using my MBP as sound module. If i want to automate a parameter on one of the VI, how can this be achieve ?

    3-Can i sync Kore2 to my PT machine without any problems ?

    Anyone using their VI on a dedicated Mac/PC, what's your set up/workflow. Thanks
