Potential Kore Enhancement

The way in which Kore works is a very good approach to sound selection. Additionally, there is a significant amount of information that is shown whenever the 'Attributes' button is engaged. As a potential future enhancement, perhaps using some of the Attribute parameters as a basis for sound selection would be helpful.

For example, after defining the type of sound through the normal selection process, we could further limit the selection by Author, % of CPU usage, Rating, Color, and/or Play Count etc. The idea being to allow a more detailed search of the database where an Attribute could be equal to and/or greater/less then some value. The concept may be too complex for some customers but with examples, I am certain that it could be used by anyone. CS.

 

I think the Browser is perhaps my favorite feature so far. Another enhancement I'd like to see is that the attribute buttons and the search text box to be tied together. Right now you can use either the attribute buttons OR the text box to find sounds, but I think the text box should be used to narrow the search based on the current selections of the attribute buttons.

I thought there would be a bigger KORE preset library.

I know it "Kore-ized" the NI synth library...but I was amazed to find only a handful of pre-made performances to play around with.

I guess there's a potential for Kore users to share performance presets.

A nice preset collection would be a welcome inclusion on the next update.

 

It takes a long time, I've just been assigning attributes to some of the presets of some of my favorite VSTs (Wavestation, etc) and I can do about 50 a night before I start going a little crazy.

I wouldn't be surprised to see more KoreSounds in the next update, but I'm more concerned about the update addressing the long list of issues.
