A feature I would like to see in the upcoming traktor pro would be a "jump to cue" function. This would save time on making edits and re-recording them. Lets say... if you could pre-program cue 3 to jump to cue 6 that would make life so much easier.

this feature has been ask for numerous times throughout the years. Search the thread you will find others to wanted this a long time ago. Doubt NI will implement this any time soon. Seems like the guys at Serato was actually listening to Traktor users on this thread because Serato has something like this. Look up Serato Flip.

Sometimes you have to accept that a feature simply isn't what NI want for the software. I'd guess this is one of them.
The Step Sequencer is a close to automation that Traktor has or probably will have.

I totally understand that users may not 'feel' like NI listen to requests but some requests are just not what NI want for the software. This is one that crops up occasionally but gets little support from the wider community unlike say, smart playlists or flexible grids.

I disagree. It's not development by democracy. Every software developer has a roadmap and vision for their product. If a feature request does not fit with that vision it won't be implemented - I'd imagine that's true for all companies.

we are clients , and we are paying for the software and most requests never got added to the software so I don't see any road map .
