Prelistening woes

    Hi,
    I'm having a problem with prelistening. Although I can Que a tune from any Deck, when I record I hear the tune in the mix while trying to sync or scratch. In other words, the pre-tune is blending too soon before I use the crossfade. So far I have checked the Deck header to make sure no other Decks interfere and the Crossfade slide is all the way over right and left. Can someone tell me what's wrong?:S
