As i understand Native Browser Preview Library should be in Users/Shared.
    Mine is on the desktop!!

After install 2.9.6 and NI preview Lib, i saw a folder on the desktop named NBPL
I thought it is leftover from the install and trash it but doing so Preview didnt work..
So i put it back and preview works..

If i move it to Users/Shared preview still not work.
My maschine searchs it in desktop obviously.

It is not under installed products tab in native access. There is M2 and factory library there but not preview library.
Should it be in native access after install?
Will i have to wipe / reinstall all maschine if i want it to be where it belongs?

    Weird.
Are your preferences correctly set ?
Run Native Access, press "CMD + ," or open preferences from the menu, and check your installation path.

    Mine looks like this :

   .
But your other contents are still located at the right place ?
You should reset it to /Users/Shared... this is weird.

    I did.
I changed the adress to shared but maschine still not reading it.
Only previews when the folder is on the desktop.
And since it is not shown in maschine preferences (like maschine factory library and other things) i cant rescan it..

Is Native Browser Preview Library shown in installed products in your native access? Mine is not.
    So i cannot reinstall it.

Edit i found it. called previews there.
Its installation path shows still desktop here.

Maybe remove it manually from Desktop (or move it in a backup folder just in case).
Re run Native Access and see if it's suggested in "Available" so you can reinstall it properly ?

    Didnt work unfortunately.
I trashed the folder and run native access no action. NA isnt aware it is gone.

I tried to download it from my products (in my account) but you can only download NA there,
    instead of Preview Library.
It doesnt allow you to download it like you can DL maschine..

This NA thingy sucks big time!!

    Still Nothing happened

I am lucky i didnt empty the trash in the first time when i thought it was installation leftover.

If you delete it somehow by mistake, it seems there is no way to redownload!

    Solved:
Delete pr. library, change path from NA, Redownload, reinstall to the right place.

Move & rescan doesnt work! You have to delete & redownload

For some reason you can’t move the previews and set the paths , it has to be installed.
Btw when you change the path in na , you still have to set the path in Maschine

No. Prewiev library itself which includes the audio files.
    Mine was on desktop.

    1- Delete prewiev library,
2- Change path from Native Access
    3- Redownload
4- Reinstall to the right place.

Previews were the only thing i never found a trick to move or use a prior installation, it must always be downloaded and installed from scratch, at least in OSX.

I found a way to re point on macOS if anyone else has this issue. Rename `NBPL` folder to `Previews` and then re link in Native Access and it works just fine.

I used the same approach for re linking `Maschine 2 Factory Library` that was named `Maschine 2 Library` in the OS. It seems the containing folder has to have the exact same name as the product in the NA application.
