Price?

We've got pretty much all the information we need now about the F1, except for price. Any ideas on how much the thing is going to cost?
I just bought Traktor Pro 2 and an X1 controller recently, now I see the F1 will come with 2.5.....will there be a discounted rate for people like myself?

Yes I bought TP2 one month and half ago to complement my X1.
I should have wait for the f1 since it comes with a full TP2.5

Hope there is a discount cross grade price that would be the correct thing to do.

 

This is a great idea, but i would be it wouldn't happen. So many ways they could implement it too. For instance, if you "register" your shipped software with NI, they could send you a voucher or instant rebate.

Such a shame to be forced into paying for software which will get sold for pennies on the dollar.

no, so I buy the F1, which already include tp2. That means I buy tp2 a second time. Then I might want to buy a second f1, and then what? I start a collection of tp2 licenses?

TP2 is free with the F1. You aren't buying it again, you are getting it for free.

Sell it if you choose to.

 

If i dont own a version of traktor and i buy an f1 I get a full copy of traktor right?

 

yes, you'll get Traktor Pro 2.5 which is the full version (except Scratch/Timecode) of Traktor.
