Pro-53 asking for serial number....

    I just loaded Pro-53 today. When I launch the program it asks me to out in the serial number. I know at the Service Center it is like a 5 blocks long but the serial number at the Pro-53 screen is like 3 blocks. Any suggestions?

    Note: When I continue to type, it will do like a line break and you could input more numbers.

    Go to the updates section on the site. Under Pro-53, request the serial number for the 3.0.4 update, and install the 3.0.5 update instead (it's the UB update). Activate it via the Service Center.

    Now, run Pro-53 as a standalone. Reboot, and rescan your plugins.

    That should have worked. That's another that needed a new serial number and an update (the 1.6.0 update in this case).

    I tried but it won't let me request a new serial.

    You already requested this serial number - please check your emails, or is already registered in your user account. If you own more than one copy of the prior version of the product, please make sure you registered them all.



    Please note that you can request only one update serial number for each registered prior version of this product.

    So you have the new serial number then. And, you've installed the 1.6 update, activated it via the Service Center and run it in standalone?

    Sorry for the really late response....still can't use spektral delay...did the authorization thing....no dice...did the new serial number...still wouldn't work......i think tech support what year I am using for komplete 4 or something like that...how do i verify that

    I'm having a similar problem. When I request a new serial number I'm refused.

    I filed this ticket #2009070810000858

    When I try and follow the directions above Pro-53 doesn't even appear in the list of updates available to me.

    I'm seriously saving up for a hardware synth. I absolutely detest going through all this crap to get a program to work.

    Moderators? I have filed a ticket and haven't received a response yet of course.

    I'm having issues with Guitar Rig LE as well.

    I'm running out of patience fast.

    I sent them a reply stating that I had the 2006 disc of Komplete 4 today so now I am just waiting for a response....
