pro-53 won't install, please help.

    I purchased pro-53 today, via download. I am attempting to install on my Imac 2.66ghz, 4gig ram, etc. The installer runs fine at first, but upon finally clicking "install" it hangs a moment, then closes the entire app abruptly, with no installation having taken place. The service center updated to show that I have the software, but I cannot get it installed. please help.
