Hello. Since upgrading to a new Mac and Mojave 10.14.6 with Pro Tools version 20.5.0.207 Komplete Kontrol and Reaktor 6 AAX plugins will not load. Following message appears...

"The following plug-ins failed to load because they are not valid 64 bit AAX plug-ins" Komplete Kontrol.aaxplugin Reaktor 6.aaxplugin

    I"ve tried the following:
Delete the file called "InstalledAAXPlugins". Once you've done that, open Pro Tools again and it will re-scan your AAX plug-ins.

    Also
    - navigate to : Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-Ins

    - delete the Komplete Kontrol.aaxplugin

    - launch Pro Tools / close Pro Tools

    - Reinstall the Komplete Kontrol application with Native access.

    - Start Pro Tools again

My issue is that in Native Access I'm not seeing where I can reinstall the affected plugins. Everything is updated, and after deleting the .aaxplugin's they don't show up in the Not Installed or Updates tabs in Native Access. Also when launching the standalone app I don't see where I can reinstall the components.

I've looked for separate installers on NI but everything is managed in Native Access. Am I overlooking the obvious? How can I reinstall these plugins?

    Thanks.

Not sure if it is the same on Mac and Windows, (I am on Windows) but if you hover your mouse over “Full Version” (or whatever it says on the right...lol) it should change to “Reinstall”. again, basing this on Windows...

Genius!!! I had a feeling it was something I was overlooking, although not too obvious.
    Thanks!

OK, those do not appear to be Native Instruments plugins...you would need to check with the plugin developer for updates.

It would be much more useful if you opened a new ticket since this one is marked solved.

Second, not knowing what OS you are using as a basic starting point makes troubleshooting difficult.

Third, is your issue a Komplete Kontrol problem or a Pro Tools issue? Screenshots? Not much at all to work with.
