    Hi there,

Any help with this is much appreciated - I'm pulling my hair out here. I have two computers - My desktop which was running Komplete 6, but is now running Komplete 6 and 10 after upgrading to and installing Komplete 10 under OS X Yosemite. They both work and I can use Guitar Rig 4 AND 5, and Battery 3 AND 4 for example.

My second computer is new and I only installed Complete 10 on it in the beginning, but then because I wanted to have both machines the same, I installed Battery 3 and Guitar Rig 4 from the Komplete 6 installer discs. All the software shows up fine on this machine within my host sequencer. When I get an instance of Battery 3 or Guitar Rig up, they ask me to activate them in service center. I press 'Activate' and it takes me to service center but I have no option to 'Actvate' them.. They just down't show up... Yet when I go to my products and serials on the NI website, I have a serial number for Komplete 6.

How can I get the old software working on my new machine like it does on my old machine? At the moment I can't run the same sessions on both machines. And I know there's options to import battery 3 kits to Battery 4 etc.

    There must be a way..?

    Thank you!!

Have you already tried to open Service Center directly?
Otherwise contact NI support about this: www.native-instruments.com/en/company/contact-ni/
