Problem getting Komplete 10 & the S49 to work on new iMac

Hello,

I am currently struggling to get my new Komplete Kontrol S49 keyboard and Komplete 10 package working. I have just gone through the whole 4-5 hour process of installing all the Komplete discs, and cannot seem to get it all working.

I can load up Absynth 5, Battery 4, Battery 8, Kontact 5, Massive and Reaktor 5 as instruments in Logic 9 that I am using - but nothing else. I cannot seem to get the functionality of the keyboard working at all apart from a standard midi keyboard. I cannot access the scale function, or any of its other functions. I do not see Komplete Kontrol as an available option??

When I load Komplete Kontrol on its own, I then don't get any sound through my speakers. It is all configured correctly - but then I have no sound. When I open up the Service Center - it is telling me of lots of updates (over 17) that are available for me - yet letting me download none of them! It just instantly comes up "download failed" without even trying to download these updates.

After so many hours of waiting around, I am really not happy that nothing appears to be working here. I cannot access the Kontrol system through logic - and when I try to do it standalone, it doesn't work either. The Service Centre tells me I have many updates possible, yet doesn't let me download any of them?

My iMac is a brand new model, with a quad core 3.5Ghz processor and 16GB of RAM - so there are no issues with the system. It is running on the latest iOS 10.10 system.

After plenty of reading I have got Komplete working in Logic 9 and working on its own system... However - still the Service Center error .... anyone?

I am having a similar issue, sort of. I have a new iMac 5k retina so same as yours I think. with logic pro x. I have downloaded all 10 Komplete 10 DVDs and none of them will install at all. The very first one (Disk A) throws an error when I try to open the ISO file. ANy idea what thats about?

I have the same Problem. Bought the S Key 49 and the whole Komplete 10 package but it is unable to install and an "Error" occurs while Installtion with Disk A. My iMac is updated for Yosemite. The Error message which occurs says it's unable to install and i should contact the Support. This happens after the installtion is in Progress and says only 33minutes remaining. Then it stops and the Error message appears during the installtion-process. It's really frustratrating =/
