I'd try setting your language to English and reinstalling the driver and then change it back...

Ok I tried that. The same result. After the message comes up I can press ok and it says that the " driver was instaleld sucesfully". But when I open Kore 2, then I can see that it says 2007 driver 2.04.003 `

    What to do ?

    Thanks

    Michael

And you aren't plugging in the controller until the driver installer tells you to?

I'd try uninstalling the old driver first. Unplug the controller first and uninstall from add/remove programs. Reboot and run the installer for the new driver. Don't plug the controller in until you're asked to by the installer.

    Hello Again,

I uninstalled everything and unpluged the controller. I installed the new driver and the below picture came up. Same problem. It then said " Kore 2 controller installed sucessfully". But when I tried to connect the controller it did not work.

I have now uninstalled the new driver and using the old 1.67 something. That works fine.

But I would like the new driver sometime.

    Thanks

    Michael

Are you installing the correct driver? If you have the Kore 1 controller, you install the new Kore 1 driver; not the Kore 2 driver.

    Hi EW,

I have the Kore 2 controller and I just went into the service center and it recomended that I updated my system with this driver. My operation system is XP service pack 3. I have Kore 2 Controller and Komplete 5 package.

    Regards

    Michael

    Hi Ew,

The support wrote me back one time, but could not explain what was wrong. They never seen it before. But I found out that it was " Spyware" that caused the problem. So I had to go through alot of cleaning, and then suddenly it worked. So now I am up to date.

    Regards

    Michael
