Problem installing TSP2 Help!

    Hi
    Today i made the move from PC to mac and can't get traktor 2 to install, iv installed traktor 1 from disc, when i try to install T2 i keep getting a message saying: 'Failure, No previous installation found, Please run full product installer before running this update'
    I need to download the £70 update again, how can i get this for free as iv already paid once
    Any help greatly appreciated

    Problem sorted thanks to the to the fast response of the NI support crew.
    You can activate the full version after downloading the demo
