Problem loading Electric Sunburst plugin

    Hi there!
    I'm just looking for some help with the Native Instruments Electric sunburst guitar VST plugin. I have successfully bought and downloaded it as well as the Kontakt player to be able to run the plugin. When I load Kontakt I can see the electric sunburst guitar plugin on the left hand side. However when I click on it, it never loads. I can see the preset photo but in the centre it says "loading" and never actually does.

    Would massively appreciate any help at all.
