    Hi everyone.

This is the problem: When I try to insert Guitar Rig 4 as plugin in any of the strip channels in matrix, it does it OK. It centainly opens the pluging and allows to load an specific preset. After everything is SAVED and CLOSED, Performance in KORE and everything in Ableton live, by the way KORE 2 is also running as vst within Ableton.

Ok the thing is that when I reopen the whole thing: Ableton, KORE 2, Open Performances, etc. GR4 slot appears as "not available" with a question mark in it. KORE obviously is missing the preset and the GR4 plugin in consequence. I've tried many things even deleting all library tags and leaving all preset at a same level. Still missing GR4. In the better cases I get GR4 the name of a preset in preset display within brackets, not usual when a preset is really active.

Does any one knows what the issue and how to solve in. My thinking isthat they both are softwares frome the same manufactures, I don't think this kind of uncompatibily may possible.

    Thanks in advance

    1) Update to the latest versions of GR and Kore
    2) Do a full scan from options/database with Kore as a standalone. Reboot at the end.
