Problem paying an online purchase

    Hello everyone,

    So I can't complete my online purchase because it keeps saying that some data regarding my card is wrong. I've tried 3 different card plus paypal and it keeps saying that.
    I can't even contact support, when I click in the box it redirects me to the home page of NI... I don't know what's happening honestly (it's not a pc/browser issue since I've tried in 2). Anyone having this issue?
    I've read a post in the support community where a couple of customers had the same problem, one of them said that eventually he made it through the payment process but again, I can't post there since it's telling me I have to sign in (when I'm already signed in).

    This is setting me off big time, I've been trying to buy since earlier and I just can't.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for the input solger.
    I've tried different browsers, yes, and today I've just tried again processing the purchase but still no luck.
    Since it's my first purchase I tried creating another user in the page, but to no avail.

    I thought of using a third party like Sweetwater but the truth is I need a download version. As far as I know a download version is only available here at NI's website, right?

    Guess I'll have to settle down and wait till monday to call them over the phone.
