problem registrating Vokator

    I recently bought the Komplete bundle from Native Instruments. I actived everything but the Vokator still requires an serial number to register while in my service center it says that it's activated. does anybody know how to solve this problem?

    Well, when i load the Kore for example all the presets of Vokator stay grey. And when i launch the Vokator in Cubase for example it asks for a serialnumber.

    "Please type in the serialnumber. You find it on the package of the products"

    the problem is, it came with the komplete bundle, so i tried with that serialnumber but it didn't worked. In my Service center the komplete is activated totally, including the vokator. So i don't understand why he keeps asking for a serialnumber.

    1) Did you run Vokator as a standalone first? If not, try that. Reboot, and then start KORE. Rescan your plugins and rebuild your database.

    2) After running as a standalone and rebooting, if Cubase STILL asks for a serial number, start up the Service Center. After you're logged in, go to the main menu and choose product overview. Click on the product details tab, and click on the box next to Vokator. Your Vokator serial number will be listed there.

    so i did that, and now it says the keys which ni emailed to me are invalid :(

    Update : ok so i double checked to make sure i entered every character properly and it still says invalid key. actually pro 53 and spektral delay said it too, but i spammed registration to get to work. that doesn't seem to be the case for vokator. it just won't register. i would appreciate some advise in the matter. im still waiting on NI support on dealing with another issue so i can't really contact them on this one yet.

    ok so i contacted support and they gave me a resolution, im posting it here so anyone else who encounters this issue can do this themselves ;

    Uninstall the service center and vokator as well:Close all open applications then go to the \'applications\' folder and put the service center folder and vokator folders in to the trash. Then go to the following folders and delete the following files:



    MacintoshHD/Library/Preferences

    1. com.native-instruments.ServiceCenter.plist

    2. ServiceCenter.plist

    3.com.native-instruments.vokator.plist



    MacintoshHD/Users/(your user account)/Library/Preferences

    1. com.native-instruments.Service Center.plist

    2. com.native-instrumnets.vokator.plist



    also delete the plugin versions here:



    MacintoshHD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/ VST

    MacintoshHD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components

    MacintoshHD/Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plug-ins





    Empty the trash then go to the \'Disk Utility,\' choose your macintosh HD and click \'repair disk permissions.\'



    Then download and install the service center from here:



    http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=freeupdates_us



    Also reinstall vokator from the K4 DVD, then run the update installer. When prompted by the service center for a serial be sure to enter your new UB update serial

    It does work not for me.

    At the very begining I have 3 out of 12 modules cannot be registered. There are: Pro-53, Spektral Delay and VOKATOR. I used Service Center / Product Overview / Product Details with the new serial numbers and submit as offine mode. Both Pro-53 & Spektral Delay activated.

    But the strange thing was, I could not put the serial number in VOKATOR: the first field only allows me to input 4 digits. When I typed the fifth, the cursor and the number have been displayed in the second field.

    How can I fix this problem?
