Problem Traktor 2 and Hercules MK4

    Hey guys, for some reason Traktor doesn't recognize the MK4 and instead this happens. Does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks in advance.

    PS: ASIO is working fine, or at least that's what ASIOSigGen and Midi Monitor say.

    Hello,

    You must switch your DJ Console Mk4 in ASIO (in DJ Console Mk4 control panel) prior to starting Traktor Pro 2.

    OP here.

    I have already checked the driver's settings, I think they're okay. The problem persists, though. Also, I can't choose any Outputs nor Inputs.

    If the ASIO driver is not available, obviously you will not be able to assign outputs.

    Would it be possible that the ASIO driver is being used by another application (or that for some reason another instance of Traktor is already running)?
