I went to beatgrid a batch of new tunes (the first time since the last update) and hit a problem.

TSP always seems to put the 1st beatmarker (1.1.1) four beats before the actual first beat. TSP has always done this for me so I would set an Auto marker on the correct beat and this would automatically change that marker point from 1.1.4 to 1.1.1

The problem I now have is that when I set the automarker on 1.1.4 it doesn't set this to 1.1.1 which throws all of my phrasing out.

I may not of explained this very well but hopefully some of you will know what I'm on about :D

    Any ideas?

I might be asking the obvious, but did you also remember to remove the autoplaced grid marker?

There are a few things different about the grids markers I've noticed. Also, I can't set multiple grid markers to denote a shift in the phase after a break.

If you've "locked" the grid, it is not possible to add new grid markers before you "unlock" it. Could this be the problem?

Actually, I bet that's what it was. I was gridding about 50 new tracks and noticed the phase changed after I had set the grid. I probably locked it after I saw it line up.
I was moving through them pretty quickly and watching TV at the same time. ;)

This is really strange.... never had this problem before.

Hopefully one of you guys can see where I am going wrong...

    1 - I load in a new track

2 - I set a beatmarker on 3.1.1 (for example) as this is where the first beat is

3 - I then delete the first beatmarker, which then makes my manually added beatmarker become 1.1.1 - excellent

4 - But as soon as I change this beatmarker to a load point it changes back the phase counter to 3.1.1

Why is this happening? Has something changed in the last update because I have beatgridded 100's of tracks and this has only just started to happen.

    Ta ;)

Umm... the marker can only be of one type; a beat-, load- or a cuemarker. And as far as I can remember, this has been the case since 1.0.0 at least...
