What's up Andrei. There are a good amount of people with this issue including myself. It happens when you bump the headphones or move the jack. It gets distorted and sometimes cuts in and out. My buddy got a brand new one and we were playing together and his started doing that too. I've been using my S4 3 times a week at gigs and shows and it doesn't effect my performance since I can just tap the jack and the sound cuts back in. Call them up and open up a service ticket. Going through the website takes too long. I already have my shipping label ready to send back but I'm trying to find a gap in between gigs where I have at least two weeks. I have a feeling a good amount of them have this issue. In another post someone said they sent there's back and had a new one shipped to them and it still had the same issue. Also try tightening the screw (13mm). Not too tight though...you might strip it. Someone in another post said this helped also. I did it to mine and it did improve it slightly but it still happens occasionally. It bugged the heck out of me at first so I feel you.

Of course it is understandable that the best decision - to pass it under warranty, but it's a long process in consequence of which, you can go without S4 on the repair.
I am interested in a solution without a separation from him!
