Problem with order support....

Hi,
I've a big problem with Order Support....
I did purchase a Downloadable Kore Soundpack at 12th June and I still didn't get an invoice which is essential to my company papers to close the june month !
I've asked order support once and they send me something but email was corrupted so I've contacted them again - NO REPLY.

If any member of NI TEAM read this and want to help me out then I can send the order number via email or PM....

Second thing....
at 8th of July I've purchased Komplete 5, did get email which states:
"You'll receive delivery of the products in approximately 4 business days."
but I should have receinved a UPS tracking number like always... but no.... and I really don't know if everything is ok with my order and shipping....

 

another day.... another big nothing from NI Support....

 

and another they passed...
no reply on 2 support tickets....
no ups tracking number for komplete 5 shipment...
no nothing...

 

Join the club.

I bought Komplete 5 at the new $399 price on July 6. I've heard nothing since then, and I too submitted a support ticket asking about the status of the order.

I am wondering where that amazing German efficiency has gone.

this is soo wrong customer treatment I guess....

 

I'm in the same situation, although I ordered the 4th of July and my mail stated 3 business days.

 

hm. i might have to take that back as i just got a mail saying it was shipped...
