The following plugins, and some more, are continuously being shown in the "Available Updates" section of Native Access even after I update them. I remember uninstalling these plugins, deleting the registry with the NI tool and installing them again - all done 3 times. Unfortunately, nothing has helped.

Is anyone else facing the issue? And way to solve this?

    Hey,
It seems like an odd one. I remember some issues with updates appearing constantly but I'm not sure what could be happening here. Our native access specialists will be able to check this out for you though.

Here's the answer from support team that helped with the issue.

TL;DR: Delete all the "{31BB2222-E0C5-46A5-9D99-BBB25D71B463}" type folders from C:\ProgramData folder and delete the AAX plugin folders from the Common Files/Avid folder. Of course, if you use AAX plugins proceed with caution. For me, they were just occupying precious hard drive space.

This is bad advice. Removing all the Setup files from the Program Data folder leaves you unable to Un-install the plugins. These are the setup files and also the Uninstallers for each Plugin?

If this fixed your issue, I would recommend moving those files back, after your issue is sorted.

I don't think so. I think they are just leftovers from the installers, which is probably an issue related to Native Access as per what support member told me and that they are working on a fix.

I am able to install/reinstall/uninstall those plugins even after removing those folders.

Also, I have removed those folders in the past too just because I thought they were unnecessary. It is only recently I understood it is related to the problem I have mentioned.
