Solved Problem with products not showing up in Native Access

    Hello,

    I can't see Maschine software or the expansions included in my Maschine MK3 serial number.

    I've registered my MK3 via Native Access and it shows in website that its activated but can't see my products even there.

    The experience tells: sometimes it needs some hours at NI if high traffic on data high way.

    Please try to log out of Native Access and back in to see if it comes up.

    hey matt, im having a similar issue. i bought the software off a friend who had it installed, he uninstalled and sent me the tranmsfer code and two serial codes for traktor audio hw 6 and traktor scratch pro 2 timecode mk2 which all went through fine as far as i could tell but neither have shown up in native access for me to install. can you help?

    What OS are you using on your system? Traktor Pro 2 has been discontinued and doesn't run if you are using 10.15 or Big Sur on Mac.

    I have related problem my Komplete 13 update (from 9) showed Reaktor Blocks trial i cannot install them and repair. them i used tool what removes installation but now Native Access dont list it anymore at all and registry editor in windows 10 pro dont stuff related them. i really want get possiblity install them anothjer computer and repair installation and upgrade installation if needed.
    and i get them work (earlier they show only trial mode in Reaktor even NAtive Access says they are Full Version).
    and i allready contacted this in Ni page. Maybe problem is your side information what tells what i own.(I own licence)

    Hello I have the same Issue. I have Mac OS Big Sure on an imac 2021. I know my Traktor S4 MK1 and my Mikro Maschine MK1 are not working on this computer which im very sad so I had to downgrade my Mac OS version on my old macbook pro.

    But now I'm trying to use my Kontrol F1 and when I put the serial number it says it has been successfully registered but nothing appears in the not installed section. What is the issue? I didn't see any information about version of the Kontrol F1 like MK1, MK@ etc.

    Could you please help me!? thanks a lot

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, I have the same problem. Received the Kontrol F1 for Christmas; purchased brand new from Guitar Center. It is registered with my account on this website(Native Instruments.com), but does not show up in Native Access. Is this now considered a legacy product? Can you provide the software install?

    Same issue here, only different software. I purchased Kontakt 6 and Scarbee MM Bass, but neither appear in Native Access. There is only the Kontakt Player version and Reaktor 6 Player (neither of which I ordered).
    These were purchased for the specific session on which I have a tight deadline to complete. Your help to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.
