Problem with rotary encoders

    Just got my new Maschine! Looking good :)
    But, two of the elleven rotary encoders have more resistance than the others. All the others feel nice and smooth, but the 4th and 5th under the displays are hard and jumpy.

    This is not normal, right?

    Yeah man i had the same issue when i got mine back in feb. Some people thought they were bent. Actually the knob might be touching the faceplate when u turn it. Simply pull the knob up alittle. i did these and boom problem solved. if u pull it off by accident it slids right back on.
