Hello, I´m trying to make spiral to work in reaktor 6 but it´s impossible. I´ve read posts here and seen video tutorials but nothing works. There is no sound in spiral, no movement...

1 I open spiral, press edit and save as instrument
    2. Open junatik, pres edit and in the structure view right click ald load spiral. ins
    3. I press in spiral module, connect ad in internal, I put junatik.

    Nothing sounds, no movement.
I´ve followed the steps of the video tutorials step buy step but I cant find the way to make spiral work...

    Any help?

    Thanks

I assume you are referring to the YouTube video tutorial by Brent Kallmer. I am certainly no expert in Reaktor or Spiral myself, but what I noticed was that in the tutorial, only the MIDI OUT for Spiral is being set up, but not the MIDI IN for the synth.

When opening Junatik --> Connect --> MIDI IN --> Internal, I see two entries for Spiral with the first one being selected. When selecting the second instead of the first entry, I was able to obtain sound.

Also, at least when working with FL Studio, I need to start DAW transport for Spiral to move/rotate.

Not sure whether this helps you.

    Hi.

Do you use Reaktor in standalone? You say that Spiral does not move. Do you mean that the squares are not circling when you press play?

What Alphagem-O is referencing to, is saving the complete ensemble as instrument. Do you do this or do you save the instrument Spiral which is contained by the ensemble? It is important to use the 'inner' instrument as this is the part that sends out the MIDI-data.

    Greetings

Many thanks for the response. I am using reaktor in standalone. The first thing I do is save spiral as an instrument on the panel. Then I turn off reaktor and open it again and charge Junatik. I go to the panel and there I give the right button of the mouse and charge spiral.ins. I tried to search among all the options, midi out - junatik, midi out --- spiral, I tried everything, but as you say, spiral squares do not move, and there is no sound.

The logical thing for me is that junatik output feed the sequencer input, but it does not work.

    Thank you.
