    Hello,

I have a problem with Massive. I built a nice melody using the stepper. It has 1/16 Ratio and influences the pitch of OSC 1. Sync is activated for fitting to the BPM in Ableton. When I play the sound on my keyboard everything sounded nice so I wanted to put it in one of my tracks. I made a MIDI-Clip with one long note and played it to test it. It sounded extremely different. The melody didn't follow the steps, it just sounded like Massive would be playing random steps. Also the speed was different, some steps were played longer than others.

Please help me to fix this problem.
I hope you can understand me, I'm from Germany and my english is not too good.

In Global Tab, external Sync is switched on?

    Thanks for your answer.
Yes it is, I switched it off now and it sounds normal again as long as I don't activate the restart button in the Stepper Menu. When restart is activated it still sounds a bit weird, just like a part of the steps wouldnt be played.

I don't use those functions often, but I guess restart works if you start the sequence properly on a 16th note...
