Problem with the traktor's z2 hot cue pad

    Hello guys, new to forum.

    Basically, recently after a 3 years of use my cue number 1 is acting weird. Its not responsive, it's sort of lag or idk? (Video below)

    So far i tried resetting traktor through the traktor pro 3 software, opened it up and gave it a good good clean, sprayed some contact cleaner.

    Number 1 pad is the one that i mainly use cause it always the first cue on a track.

    Any solutions?
