I have been having some trouble with my traktor scratch duo with the audio 6 sundcard and my analog mixer and turntables.

Everything is set up properly as far as to my knowledge, ive followed the setup in the manual to the finest details but when open up traktor and press play on my turntables nothing happens, i get the high pitched whistle but thats it, i cant play tracks on them, i can scratch, nothing that i do on the mixer and turntables responds with the software, i really dont know whats going on at the moment, also when i go into settings and to "timecode setup" it shows that the timecodes are calibrating when played, can somebody explain whats going on and how i fix it please ?

    Thankyou.

When you went to timecode setup, did you select "timecode vinyl"?

Make sure your mixer channels are set to Line not Phono.

yeah i have selected the timecode vinyl upon setup and everything is wired where it should be, i updated the software to 2.1.2 and finally got a little bit of calibration, its very sketchy and doesnt work all the time, i cant even get my mixer to start working with the software and the control vinyls skip and cut out every so often, its becoming a nightmare.

    Hi Matt
I just purchase DJM T1 and have the same issue. The shop would not help and got me to go to forum to set up the software..Have you worked out the problem? Cheers Zoran

hey i solved my issue, now its working 98% properly, i set up my software with the cd that came with it, i then downloaded the update (i had to look on this website for it) and then realised there was a switch on my mixer channels, one being line, phono, usb and the other line, phone so i switched both to line and was off straight away, i hope you sort your problem out its annoying when it doesnt work ! my advice would be to make sure everything is connected properly which i assume you did, look for updates for your software and check your mixer for any switches or buttons to swap to phono/line depending on whether you use turntables or cdjs !

Glad you got it going. My one line reply on the 15th (the second reply) suggested you do exactly that.
