Problem with Traktor s2

    Hello everyone,
    yesterday i bought a traktor s2 controller, after all updates and drivers installation i'm in a very bad situation.
    Every time i try to touch a jog wheel my s2 freezes and i must unplug and plug in again.
    Personally i dont think that its a device problem, but such a software configuration that i missed.

    Any ideas?
    Please help :(

    The device itself freezes or the pc/software is freezing?

    This is the case: when i try to get some effects and some scrach togheder it freezes...
    I tried it on a different pc, and she is good, she never stopped... The only different is that my pc runs windows 64 bit. I think that is the problem, so i will try with a virtual machine with 32 bit, or then i will reset my pc with a new 32 bit installation, then i will post if i've solved it or not.

    Sorry 4 very bad english, i'm from italy.

    Tryed on 32 bit systems, still freezeing... on saturday i'll take her back to the shop and hope for a new device...

    This is also happening to my TurionX2 2.0ghz laptop running vista. Last week, I had it running XP and had no problem whatsoever. My other i5 2.9ghz turbo boosted laptop running Win7 doesn't have a single problem with my S2.

    There's gotta be a tweak to fix my Vista machine but I have no clue.
