Problem with Unisono Portamento Script - notes holding

I have pasted the Unisono Portamento Script as-is from Retro Machines into a new instrument. The portamento is working but notes are holding indefinitely. Can anyone help with this. I am not an experienced scripter so be gentle.

 

Did you try the unisono-portamento script from the factory scripts instead?

 

No - where can I find that?

A message here indicated a particular instrument in Retro Machines (which I couldn't find) so I just copied a script with that name (assuming it was the same).

Thanks - I have been able to get farther with that but now having (a different) issue.

I think there is a conflict with my GUI script (GUI Shell from Hollow Sun). I think it may be because it creates a new interface layer for each group in the instrument.

If I start from scratch as follows:
New Instrument
Import Sample into Group 1
Duplicate Group 1 and rename Group 2 (2nd Oscillator)
Load Unisono - Portamento Script
Turn Portamento ON and Time to 100
All plays as expected with both Groups gliding

If I load the GUI Script, only Group 1 glides, Group 2 plays the notes without any glide

 

Ah, I think I know what will help. There's a chord detection time parameter in Unisono - Portamento script, on Expert page. Just set it to 1 instead of 0 and things should glide!
